Noon: Partial breastmilk, rice cereal & banana puree, continue with breastmilk

Baby reaction:
He is used to the banana taste. But he swallowed too fast and thus causing him to choke a little. I have to bring his body forward and pat his back to ensure that he will not be choked with the food.

Notes:
Today I have increase the rice cereal to 1 1/2 tablespoons instead of 1 tablespoon. I observed that he seems to want more. Increasing the amount of food depends on your baby's appetite. Just follow their cues.

Age:
6 months

Please always give baby cool boiled water during feeding and in between milk feeds. This is important for babies's kidneys since they are now on solid food. The kidney needs to work a little bit harder to process the food, thus they require water now.
