Day 1 of Mango Puree

Mango cubes
Straining the mango puree
Strained mango puree (more smoother)
1/2 tablespoon of mango puree with 1 1/2 tablespoons of rice cereal
Today is the first time I am giving mango to my boy. Mango does not need to be cooked or steamed, it can be given raw. However after grinding the mango, you will need to strain the puree. This will help to remove the fibre to prevent baby from choking when eating the mango. I mixed 1/2 tablespoon of mango puree to his rice cereal. So far no allergy.
