Today is the first time I am introducing broccoli into my boy's porridge. I washed and cut the broccoli into small pieces and put it into the porridge towards the end of the cooking. Once the porridge is done, I decided to blend the porridge so that the broccoli is pureed.
Schedule for Today:
Morning (8 am to 9 am): Breastmilk
Noon (11 am to 12pm): Porridge, continue with breastmilk as and when needed
Afternoon (4pm to 5pm): 5 tablespoons of rice cereal with breastmilk & breastmilk as and when needed
Night (after 6pm): Breastmilk

No allergy was observed
Texture of Food:
Same as previously.
Amount of Food:
The amount of food is 2 tablespoons of uncooked rice grains + vegetable stock + 1 teaspoon of powdered silver fish + 1/2 teaspoon of grounded flaxseed + 1 tablespoon of chopped up broccoli.
Baby reaction:
He seems to love his porridge.
Notes:
Broccoli should be given to babies around 8 months old because of its high nitrates content.
