Day 1 of Porridge with Vegetable Stock III

This time round, I added fresh button mushroom to enhance the vegetable stock that I am making. As usually, I added celery, carrots, toufu and a new item that is mushroom and boiled these items for two hours to get the stock. I use the stock to cook the porridge.

Schedule for Today:
Morning (8 am to 9 am): Breastmilk
Noon (11 am to 12pm): Porridge, continue with breastmilk as and when needed
Afternoon (4pm to 5pm): 5 tablespoons of rice cereal with breastmilk & breastmilk as and when needed
Night (after 6pm): Breastmilk

Allergy Reaction:
No allergy was observed

Texture of Food:
Same as previously.

Amount of Food:
The amount of food is 2 tablespoons of uncooked rice grains + vegetable stock

Baby reaction:
He loves his porridge.

Notes:
Now you can add anything that you have tested for allergy into the porridge. You can add broccoli, carrot, powdered silver fish, ground flaxseed, toufu, pumpkin. You can try to mux and match the items and see how your baby reacts to the combination of items added into the porridge. So far my boy loves toufu in his porridge. Today I added carrots and toufu into his porridge.
