This is the first time I am introducing peas into my boy's porridge. In Singapore, it is hard to get fresh peas so the next best alternative is frozen ones. I find this brand, Watties can be found in cold storage, taste fresher than most frozen vegetables. You can get just the peas or mixed vegetable type. If you get the mixed vegetable type, you got to pick out the peas from all other vegetables.
Schedule for Today:
Morning (8 am to 9 am): Breastmilk
Noon (11 am to 12pm): Lunch, continue with breastmilk as and when needed
Early Afternoon (2pm to 3pm): Some fruit puree & breastmilk as and when needed
Late Afternoon (5pm to 6pm): Dinner & breastmilk as and when needed
Night (after 6pm): Breastmilk

Same as previously.
Amount of Food:
The amount of food is 1 1/2 tablespoons of rice grains + 1 tablespoon of potato + 1 tablespoon of frozen peas + 1 tablespoon of chopped spinach + 1 chopped baby carrot + 1 tablespoon of toufu + 1 teaspoon of butter.

He loves is porridge with peas.
