Stir- Fried Udon

The brand of udon I used is the one in the picture. I like this brand because of its soft texture:













Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of minced chicken
1 tablespoon of carrots
1 tablespoon of broccoli
1 tablespoon of garlic
1 tablespoon of button mushroom
1/2 packed of udon
200 ml of water
1 teaspoon of light soya sauce (optional)
a sprinkle of pepper
1 tablespoon of olive oil

Procedures:
(1) Heat the oil and fry garlic till fragrant.
(2) Then add in minced chicken and fry for 3 minutes.
(3) Add in the carrot, button mushroom and broccoli and mix well.
(4) Add in water and let it simmer till the carrot and broccoli soften.
(5) Add the udon, soya sauce and pepper and stir well.
(6) Once the udon is softer and no more water left, it is ready to be served.
